We contacted Gilbert to help us with the sale of our home on November 1st. We are in a hurry to relocate to Indiana before it gets into winter there. We are retired and are moving to be by family. Our home was on the MLS on November 5th, we received the winning offer on November 8th, and we closed the sale on November 19th. We closed 2 weeks after our home was listed! He escalated all processes and was there to help with any obstacles that arose with incredible responsiveness! We knew we could trust him. He is friends with one of our neighbors. My husband and I have been lucky to work with Gilbert since 2016, when we bought our first home, and again this year (2020) when we sold that home and purchased a new one. I do not have enough nice things to say about Gilbert. He is patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
